Can I add additional images to a package?
Want additional images added to your package? No problem. Additional images submitted in JPEG/GIF formats can be added to any package for an additional $10/image. Note*: if images must be scanned or resized by Design Department, there will be a charge of $25.00/ea. Feel free to contact our design department for a quote if you have several additional images you would like added.
I have my own website. Can I link my website to your directories without creating a new portfolio?
Absolutely! Having your own website is a positive step in the right direction. Being seen frequently by people who are looking to employ your services is even better! I have purchased a package, how long is the contract for?
All contracts are for one (1) year of Internet hosting and include three (3) changes per calendar year at no additional charge. Changes are limited to 2 photos or graphics and a maximum of 10 standard lines of text. If additional changes are requested, additional charges will apply. Contact webmaster for quote/proposal. Payments may be made by credit cards, personal checks, e-checks or money orders.
Can I add additional accessories, e-mail links, and other external web links to my packages?
Yes. Additional accessories, combination packages, emails, email links to outside email addresses, external web links and customized packages may be obtained by contacting our Design Department. Click here to contact our webmaster via e-mail.

I am on a tight budget, can I make monthly payments?
Payment terms are available upon request and approval. A monthly administrative fee will apply. Contact the Billing Department or call 866-2-MAKEUP.
How do I submit my resume and portfolio photos?
Upon purchase of your package, you will receive instructions on how to submit your resume and portfolio photos. In general, resumes and photos can be submitted via e-mail, CD, or U.S. Mail Service. Resumes must be in word format, photos in JPEG GIF format. If scanning of photos are required, additional charges will apply. Submit via email to webmaster or send via USPS or FedEx/UPS.

Will you return my photos?
If client desires the return of submitted materials, a self addressed envelope/package should be submitted along with material. All costs associated with the return of any material is the the responsibility of the client.
What is the refund policy?
There will be no refunds once work has commenced.
