To initiate a return, please complete the form below
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
All returns/exchanges require a RMA number.
Upon receipt of your request, we will mail or e-mail
you a shipping label to enable the return of your
merchandise. All returns/exchanges require an
RMA number. We allow 48 hours from the time
you receive your merchandise to notify us of any
problems. No returns will be accepted beyond
30-days from the time of purchase. Please

non-cosmetic products and
cosmetic products.
Once we receive the returned product and the product
is verified to be in saleable condition (does not
include products damaged or defective products), the
refund will be initiated. Unless the
product is damaged or defective, we do not refund
shipping costs for returned merchandise.
